Oil is purchased by county based upon the average daily price for the month of the posted West Texas Intermediate Plains Marketing-All Other Areas Price (WTI), as outlined above.
Oil payments will be made on or about the 20th of the month following the month the oil is hauled.
Loads that are more than 150 barrels must have a well-maintained stone or gravel surface loading area adequate for the vehicle servicing the site. The site must allow for easy access and turnaround of the vehicle and be equipped with tankage greater than 150 barrels through a single connection.
